It's a bit annoying to see things like "force-cargo-...-build" when nothing has changed, accompanied by lots of "waiting for file lock on package cache". It's adding tens of seconds to every build. sccache doesn't help. I opened https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1568168 for that a while ago. On the sccache topic, if it supports distributed builds, great!
