To make my point again, I can't access https://input.mozilla.org/en-US/ from 
Firefox, I have to use Chrome.

My "secure connection failed" because "the authenticity of the received data 
could not be verified".

I note that the sad faces aren't broken down by type of reason but a fair few 
of the first page comments are about operational problems like "wouldn't work".

This is the same problem I'm raising. If Firefox doesn't work when Chrome does, 
many types of users will stop using Firefox and start using Chrome.
