Hello, i'm from Kazakhstan and asking you to ban this certificate. The only 
reason it's applied are political. The government will force everyone to apply 
it if it will not be banned. Right now in Kazakhstan thousands of people who a 
repressed for political views, even mothers are sitting in prisons for 
expressing their Constituion rights. All real opposition in Kazakshtan are 
declared as extrimists when by Europian Parliament it is not

Right now people who are against dictatorship in Kazakhstan could organize only 
via internet. Hope you understand that accepting this certificate even with 
notifications will lead to thousands of other repressed people and even totally 
prevent democracy in Kazakhstan. Maybe i'm incorrect in some technical details, 
sorry if i am. Hope for you reasoning and making right choice.
