As I understand it, trademark applies to the name Apache Allura and copyright applies to the code.
For trademark, we could add a TM to "This project is powered by Apache Allura." That would be good I think. For code copyright, I don't think we need anything displayed on an Allura-powered site since end-users aren't viewing or referencing the code directly.
