Igor reviewed and merged it, I've updated forge-allura.apache.org so it still
has the copyright & trademark lines.

I also remembered we have a bug about the admin search for users & projects not
working right away on a new Allura install
https://forge-allura.apache.org/p/allura/tickets/7797/  I think that'd be good
to fix before a release.  (We can't fix all our bugs before a release, but that
one seems kinda important)
