RE: [argouml-dev] Formalizing the ArgoUML community

Hello Roy!   I am optimistic but I have currently not yet any ground for neither optimism nor pessimism. I have so far only received the following standard response:   Many thanks for your email, which will be forwarded to the Conservancy's project evaluation committee. The committee will take a look at the link you provided and possibly follow up with additional questions as it familiarized itself with the project and conducts the due diligence process.   I agree that the idea behind the Software Freedom Conservancy looks like just what we are looking for to solve this.   When it comes to the community charter, I am also an optimist (always an optimist). I think that we have already most of the community in place and the purposes documented on the web site. We are not starting from scratch.
