I also agree that this is something we need strong leadership on. Not just administrative but also technical.
For myself I can say I think the most important next step is UML2.x/eUML and I am willing to assist as a can but I will need some steering while I develop my skills in that area. So who does have those skills and wants to be active in this and can take a leadership role? How can we recruit people with those skills? With the MDR implementation I took an active role once there was plenty of code already and I could see plenty of clear examples of how to achieve what was needed from other examples. I'm happy to so this again. So what is the current state of play with eUML? Aside from the eUML subject - I'd like to implement template presentation in the diagrams - I want to work with Christian on getting his previous summers GSOC project released (XML driven property panels). - I'd be in strong support of any changes required to help argoeclipse integrate and give it a more eclipse look and feel.
