There's an entire team of engineers who have thought for the majority of a decade that they are operating under a (hopefully benevolent) dictatorship and there's a dictator who not only refuses to make decisions, but apparently doesn't even realize that that's what dictators are supposed to do. One side or the other needs to change or you'll drive each other crazy.
