No, it wouldn't. On the other hand, I don't agree.

Let's hope that the engineers eventually realize that they all, with their
experience in using and developing ArgoUML, are the project's most valuable
asset and that their work and creativity shall not be hindered by anything
or anyone.

Less experienced developers, that require constant supervision and managing,
demand a great deal of work from the community. The GSoC mentors have made a
huge effort in this. I hope that we will get more things than the GSoC going
to stimulate this.
