Hey there,

I personally am still lacking time on developing ArgoUML (hopefully, I
will have some time after my last examination in July), but here are my
2 cents:

- A 1.0 release should definitely support Undo/Redo. I know that this is
difficult, but users don't care about that. This is probably the most
important feature for today.

- A 1.0 release should support UML2. As Thomas stated, we are already
years too late on that topic.

- Additionally, I think that any B/C breaks should be done when moving
from a 0.xx to a 1.0 release. There might be many places where a little
of refactoring should be done to improve design and testability.

- A minor point might be the GUI, as Thomas already suggested. Making it
more comfortable / good looking will attract more users.

Personally, I think that a 1.0 release will be just for marketing
reasons, but we are not yet ready for that.

Best regards
Christian Heinrich
