Going on 8 years, it has been a fun country to live in. The people are great.
I've lived there 5 years, and I still regret having to come back to Italy. I was in Tokyo Aoyama, near the Fuji "biru".
I'm surprised you left. Most people who last more than 3 years end up
staying. It is definitely a love or hate city. Most large cities are though.
When did you leave. They ran another train line under Aoyama a couple years ago. Makes getting to Roppongi a snap. I'm over in Edogawa-ku, out on the Tozai line. http://www.tokyometro.go.jp/network/map_english.html
