Dan Chudnov has a post about his recent addition of SR/W to unalog:

It took him a half-day to implement it with Python, but a) that was with
an already-written CQL parser, and b) he clearly wasn't thrilled with
the spec.
Alas, my understanding is that to clean up the spec itself requires
someone funding it!
