I think we should let Peter move forward on his automated testing of
bad links, and allow him to use his judgment when culling the list.
Peter, if you need anything let me know.

As far as paying to be listed, I am for it, but I think it brings up
some issues of governance.  I don't mind paying $100 per year, but
that might not be fair for a consultant working in another country.
So the answer would be to allow exceptions, which means decisions
being made.  Who makes them?

I think we need to elect a board of directors.  Elected by the members
of this list.  I think that once we have a board, we will see bizdev
become a community that can make decisions and move forward.
