As far as paying to be listed, I am for it, but I think it brings up some issues of governance. I don't mind paying $100 per year, but that might not be fair for a consultant working in another country. So the answer would be to allow exceptions, which means decisions being made. Who makes them? I think we need to elect a board of directors. Elected by the members of this list.
