Uhm. Right now, I want to put in place a policy. That policy can always change as the situation demands. Us does not require a "board," which I see as needless bureaucracy. And I do not see the connection between paying to be listed--essentially paying for OOo's webspace--and leaders. Rather, I see that as any paying or nonpaying member of that list is a member of this mail list and thus has a voice, there is no need of a separate chamber of leaders with authority.
