Sorry, i disagree. I am really opposed to bureaucracy unless it is really needed. This list is fine as a forum for working on a useful policy. That should take very little time. I've already sketched out the framework, the rest are fairly minor details that we can post quite soon, I'd imagine and that can allow Adam and others to add & delete orgs.
