This should be a discussion rather than a vote, no? The plan sounds good. About
RMing, Sijie is the default RM because he released 4.3.0. If he doesn't want to
do it, then I can give it a shot.

 Hi folks,

Now that the source has been moved, we can start developing again :D

We also need to think about upcoming releases. There have been two critical
bugs found in the past 2 weeks, BOOKKEEPER-799 and BOOKKEEPER-815.

IMO, we should get releases out which include the fixes for these as soon
as possible. The question is which branches should we cut releases for?

We currently have 3 active branches. master, branch-4.3 and branch-4.2. I
propose we make 2 releases, 4.3.1 and 4.2.4, containing the critical fixes
mentioned above.

Any volunteers for release manager? Keep in mind that there will be a new
workflow for the release, so you'll also need to update
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/BOOKKEEPER/Creating+a+release
as you go along.

I can take 4.2.4 since I did the last release on that branch anyhow.

Regards
Ivan
