I'm happy for the docs to be updated now. My main concern is around the release process: we're currently talking about the Fedora archive, and Brew. Still to come might be Ubuntu PPAs, MacPorts, and probably others. If Apache is going to take ownership of those, it affects our release process and potentially adds quite a lot of extra work for the RM. I'd like it to be well understood what external package repositories Apache Brooklyn wants to "officially" support, and to understand what work the RM will have to do for each package repository. *That* is what I would like properly discussed and voted on.
