As discussed offline with @tbouron it's possible to get OSGi services from
static context. See See `org.apache.brooklyn.util.core.osgi.Compat` for an
example. Replacing `ManagementContext` with `ConfigurationAdmin` should be all
that's needed.
Didn't know that colon is a valid properties separator @aledsage. That's
neat.
+1 for multiple files.
