re cleanup i was thinking just relying on `entity.unmanage`.
if someone like `SoftwareProcess` stops it earlier that's fine.
btw following on #106 I'm working on feeds being guarded e.g. by
`SERVICE_UP` (or `SERVICE_PROCESS_IS_RUNNING` if it is a potential
`NOT_UP_INDICATOR`) -- with that i think we can add sensors during init.
