@ahgittin do you think this is right now? `Feed` extends `EntityAdjunct`,
and is persisted to a `feeds` sub-dir (in object store or file-based
persistence).
They are only persisted if `entity.addFeed` is called. So it should be
fully backwards compatibly, and involve us reviewing + changing each entity to
ensure feeds are instantiated+registered in the right place (to avoid it being
created a second time on rebind).
