These are all great Chris! For the logo, I like the light blue with dark blue option. My least favorite is the OCW one with the light blue O. Would it be crazy to put the feather over the light blue Apache, tilted horizontal so it fits on top? Sort of like an inverted version of Amazon.com.
I really like the weather and climate icons. Very cool with the CO2 molecule! For the home page, they are all good with me, but I'd probably prefer the ones that don't have the 3 columns underneath because the map is too big and there is less room for content. Sorry if these contrast too much with or don't sync with the other suggestions made so far, I didn't thoroughly go through them all.
