Comparing lots of other software out there, Cocoon is among the best one with
regards to the effort needed to get up and running. All you need is:
download/unzip
build.bat
cocoon.bat
No need to fight with dependency-fetching-tools, hunt for working mirror, mess
with endorsed directories, install MySQL, rebuild kernel, etc. I think it should
stay that way. Or, even better, add couple of lines to cocoon.bat so that it
invokes build.bat if necessary.
