The Reply-To goes to the support@/user@ list, and since it is forwarded to dev@ a local copy for the developers also is forwarded. Effectively, a crossposting of always from support@ to dev@, but not the other direction. Just a thought, not sure if infrastructure@ would be too happy about it either. Cheers Niclas
