Yes, but... the reason to put together special initiatives for underrepresented groups is to address systemic/environmental problems that may be causing the underrepresentation. IOW I don't mind the fact that we tried to do some of that with the women@ list, even tho it obviously didn't gel. I think we should remain open to future initiatives, even those that present potential "corrective" biases which favor underrepresented groups.
