Once again, I gave a 5 day (120 hours) deadline.
I respectfully ask that people start citing facts when making statements about
my actions. A mailing list, svn comit, or JIRA link will do. This has been a
repeated theme (statements with no references).

I haven't checked this particular case but in general as per [1] a
72-hour period is considered adequate in our projects, for lazy
consensus as well as votes.
Once again, with svn everything is undoable anyway, but I agree that
"important" changes need prior discussion.
