There seems to be a number of synchronous items in the plan to collect feedback which doesn’t work well with how the ASF operates. Id suggest changing these to a minimum of 72 hours just like we do with releases. Milestone 1 "Feedback collected in a 1-hour session with ASF members” - wouldn't it be better to do this asynchronously and over a longer time? Milestone 3 "Initial results are shared with ASF as a presentation” - will this be recorded for people who are interested that can’t make that 1 hour session? Milestone 4 “Feedback collected in a 1-hour session with ASF members.” - this could be done asynchronously on a mailing list over a longer period? Milestone 6 - "are shared with ASF as a presentation in a 1-hour session” - see above Milestone 7 - "are shared with ASF as a presentation in a 1-hour session” - see above One other question with milestone 5 - how will these 20 people be selected?
