There seems to be  a number of synchronous items in the plan to collect

Indeed, we're planning to open an asynchronous feedback channel in the
mailing list for 72h in addition to the 1h meeting described in the table.
Generally speaking, a table of deliverables describes what the firm will do
specifically, and since the email threads that will collect feedback
asynchronously won't be written by them, they weren't described here. I can
add this with more explanation about someone in the ASF taking care of
these channels.

As per my message here [1] I asked for volunteers to lead this project.
Given that none has volunteer, I will assume I will be the ASF
representative.

We will do both, as Joan mentioned, there is benefit and richness in
conducting the 1h session. I will make sure we open a doodle to find the
best possible time and to record the session for later consumption by those
interested but couldn't make it.

This is the process we discussed:
- There will be a screener that Bitergia and the ASF will define to find
the right people to interview.
- I will open up a channel to nominate candidates. Some examples: current
mentees, past mentees, dormant committers, long term contributors, etc.
- Bitergia will recruit the final pool for interviewees
- Bitergia will apply the interviews

I think it's important we describe this process in more detail, so thank
you for asking, I will ask them to detailed the process there.
