+1 Making it a short meeting at a certain time will make it difficult for 
interested people from multiple time zones to attend and provide feedback. It’s 
may be in the middle of the night for some people or others can't attend due to 
their day job. (Not all jobs allow you to take an hour off to go to a meeting 
that’s possible unrelated to your work function). Are they aware of this?

By ASF members I assumed it means a wider audience, but it seems it could be 
wider than that as well. It’s seems a little odd to only restrict it to ASF 
members and that would omit a large number of PPMC, PMC and committers we have. 
(Currently there is 765 members and 7025 committers). Do they actually mean ASF 
members or something else?
