Are you asking, "Is help available as webpages?" If yes, then no Help is not on-line in that manner. Help is available in source form from CVS. As to the list, it is for discussing matters that pertain to making on-line help better. Perhaps you are confused by the label, on-line help. On-line help is simply the help that is always available when using OOo. If you would like to see help available as a web app, join the list and work with us to make it happen. -- G.
