Not so sure what to call the help that comes with the software to make it clear to new users, except "help that comes with the software." (To me, all help is application help.) Thanks for the clarification. Is there anywhere on the OO website that the current help file (the one bundled with the software) is posted? I would like to rewrite the part on headers after having to refer to the website to figure out what I was doing wrong. I will join the list, but don't want to reinvent the wheel. How about "embedded help?"
