It looks like we need to have a definition of the term
"online help" here. "Online help" designates the help that
is delivered with the product. It is misleading insofar that
the help is not online as in "in the web".

Sorry for the confusion, we got used to using the term
"online help" for the application help.

Are you asking, "Is help available as webpages?" If yes, then no Help is
not on-line in that manner. Help is available in source form from CVS.
As to the list, it is for discussing matters that pertain to making
on-line help better.
Perhaps you are confused by the label, on-line help. On-line help is
simply the help that is always available when using OOo. If you would
like to see help available as a web app, join the list and work with us
to make it happen.
