We've been playing with templates a bit and it's fairly straightforward
to implement a template that displays the "book" TOC plus next and
previous links on wiki pages. I'll see if I can implement something on
the wiki later this week.

The copyright page is good. Using a namespace for it is not really
a good idea. To make the license situation crystal clear, we can
create a template that adds a footer stating the license and linking
to that copyright page.
