The copyright page is taken directly out of the Getting Started guide (the Writer Guide etc have their own copyright pages). The other chapters (pages) of each book have a footer stating the license, though they don't link to the copyright page (that didn't occur to me when I made the license-footer template).

And, of course, I didn't know about colons denoting namespaces.
