[~bvellanki], Am a bit concerned about the "requireUpdate" flag. Is there a
possibility of an entity (say an arbitrary process) being updated when the
requiredUpdate flag is already enabled.
It would be useful to publish a detailed test plan around this feature to see
what scenarios are being tested regardless of the approach you might take.
