Oh, regarding the "freemarker" repo... it's a bit tricky. It has 3 alive branches, so the clearance has to be done in all of them: master, 2.3-gae and 2.3. Also, there's a second LICENSE and NOTICE file variation under src/dist, because the distribution tar.gz includes the generated documentation, which complicates legal things a bit. -- Thanks, Daniel Dekany
