Assuming you're talking about build + release infra, as long as someone who downloads the Apache Groovy code can build and use it without depending on exotic tools not found here, you can use additional external tools that makes the project's life easier. So a brief list of which tools you'd like to keep out of your current infra might be useful. -Bertrand
