Thanks, @mike-jumper - one question for both you and @jmuehlner: Following the principle of least surprise, should I just default all comparisons across usernames for all of the extensions to `true`, requiring admins to specifically take action in order to change the behavior? Or are some of the assumptions made about systems that are likely to be case-insensitive (like LDAP) safe?
