Including me (I forgot to post a vote last night, but hopefully you
don't mind, it's implicit), we have 6 +1 votes, 5 binding, and no 0 or
-1 votes. The vote passes and I will get 0.98.6.1 out and remove the
0.98.6 binaries as soon as that happens.
