I've never heard of the netease master mailbox client. I would guess it's a bug with that software. Can you cc me on an example email using that software and I'll look if I see anything strange with it?
Maybe it's spoofing some email headers and you are then running afoul of email security and anti-spam constraints is my $0.02 off the cuff.
