Hi Tianan, Netease master mailbox client did have problem in sending mails… I had encountered the same situation before.
Only when RECEIVING your own mail from dev proves that you have successfully sent the e-mail. Maybe you have to try another method (Mail client of MacBook is very easy to use, I think).
