I believe this method is not necessary. Rather previous signature could
be changed, and add **skipCreateContainer** parameter. Seems it is only used in
org.apache.jackrabbit.oak.run.DataStoreCommandTest.StoreFixture.AzureSegmentStoreFixture#init
