I’ll check this out.  I don’t recall a specific reason for doing it this way, 
but I have seen a precedent for picking the last match on multiple matches so I 
might have simply followed that pattern. 

If you specify a region by setting jclouds.region property, you should get 
exactly the one you ask for, so I would think this code could only cause a 
problem if the calling code made assumptions about which region would be 
selected internally by jclouds.

Thoughts on that?
