To some extent, yes a fluent API is duplication - as I said I only made a
quick sketch - but the principle of `HttpOp` is to make the use of general HTTP
mechanism provided in forms that wrap up common cases that a semantic web app
needs. That is, a bit more focused than expose the application, and jena's own
internal uses, to all the details of Apache HttpComponents.
