Sorry about that; I've attached the plugin code. Some more information about
this: I've grabbed it from

which mentions nothing about a license. For my changes (which also include
porting to the current API, amongst other small changes); I'll happily grant
the ASF all rights.
It needs these two properties:
jspwiki.notification.configurationfile = .../notification-configfile.properties
jspwiki.notification.simplesubscriptionprovider.configurationfile =
.../notification-subscriberslist.json

I'm also attaching an example of the config file. The mail properties need to
be set as appropriate.
