I don't follow you about the release. WebConsole is like the other
sub-projects (Cellar, EIK), it has its own release cycle.
I don't think it confuses the users as it will be embedded in Karaf
distribution, so more or less hidden. However, WebConsole could run
outside Karaf, so users may want to use it in pure Felix for instance.

I propose to include it in the trunk now and release it with Karaf 3. So
it could be included in the RC1 already. I would rather not do a
separate Release as it may confuse users.

I think we should at least write on the respective dev lists that the
modules are there. So if they pick them up its great if not I would
delete them.
