Which version of Solr did you intend on using this solution with?
CommonsHttpSolrServer was removed but it seems HttpSolrClient will fit the same
need.
http://lucene.apache.org/solr/5_0_0/solr-solrj/org/apache/solr/client/solrj/SolrClient.html.
Also, do you intend on using the the collections API?
