Hi [~smore] - thanks for the research on this!
I am leaning toward using the Gzip Filter since it will be easier to backport
to the 0.9.x line should someone consider the current behavior a bug.
Backporting a server version upgrade is a bit more risky.
Once we upgrade jetty we can replace the filter with the handler if there is
reason enough to do so.
Thoughts?
