[~jeffreyr97] - I am trying to plan for the 0.13.0 scope with an eye on making
this the 1.0.0 release instead. It seems that you intended to provide a follow
up patch on this.
What is your status with it?
I am a bit concerned about introducing risk for previous HA behavior so
extending the tests would be a good idea here.
