Hey Todd,

Thanks. Yep, start a VOTE thread once:

1. We post a draft resolution to this DISCUSS thread. Leave the
resolution up for a least a day or two before the VOTE thread. If
no objections, or updates, or when finalized, move to VOTE thread
first here on dev@kudu. Leave VOTE thread open for a week, no rush.
Include resolution in VOTE thread.

2. Once and if affirmative VOTE on dev@kudu, then start [email protected]
VOTE thread, posting links to VOTE and DISCUSS threads on kudu and
summarizing tally so far, indicating VOTEs from IPMC and mentors. Leave
that thread up for a week too. Include resolution in VOTE thread.

3. If affirmative there, then take the resolution that passed both
community (dev@kudu) and incubator ([email protected]) and then paste into
board agenda for next board meeting.

4. Wait for board meeting and see if board approves - if so, graduated
and then follow next steps TLP guide :)

Cheers,
Chris
