There is a problem with Hebrew word-breaking in 2.0 beta. OOo treats a
double quote mark after letters in a word as marking the end of a word.
In Hebrew, this is often not the case. Frequently, in acronyms, a
double-quote is the second-to-last chracter in the acronym, followed by
a Hebrew letter.
I wrote code to deal with this problem (revision 1.12.42.2), and in
1.1.2, the word-breaking behavior was ok. But the problem seems to have
resurfaced in 2.0 beta.
There have been changes in the breakiterator code since my contribution,
so I would appreciate your advice on how to solve this problem in 1.9.
